The Staff Selection Commission conducted the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Tier-1 exam from 12 to 30 November 2025 in multiple computer-based shifts. To ensure fairness across different exam slots, marks were normalised before preparing the merit list.

Minimum qualifying marks were fixed at:

  • 30% for UR
  • 25% for OBC/EWS
  • 20% for SC/ST and other categories
