    • The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Section 152
    • The Official Secrets Act of 1923, Sections 3, 4, and 5
  • Accusations:
    • Traveled to Pakistan in 2023 with a commission agent-obtained visa.
    • Cultivated a friendship with Danish, also known as Ehsan-ur-Rahim, who works in the Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi.
    • Using encrypted messaging apps like Snapchat, Telegram, and WhatsApp to stay in touch with Pakistani Intelligence Operatives (PIOs).
    • Allegedly shared sensitive information regarding Indian locations.
    • Promoted positive social media content about Pakistan.
    • Traveled to Bali, Indonesia, with a PIO with whom they had a personal relationship.
  • Status: In custody; confession obtained; case transferred to Economic Offences Wing, Hisar.

1. Guzala (32), Widow from Malerkotla, Punjab

  • Initial Contact: Visited on February 27, 2025, the Pakistan High Commission.
  • Connection: Established contact with Danish, who promised marriage and persuaded her to communicate via Telegram.
  • Financial Transfers:
    • Received Rs 10,000 (PhonePe) on March 7
    • Received Rs 20,000 (Google Pay) on March 23
    • Redistributed Rs 10,000 to multiple recipients in smaller amounts
  • Second Visit: Returned to the High Commission on April 23 with her friend Banu Nasreena; visas facilitated by Danish.

2. Yameen Mohd – Malerkotla, Punjab

  • Assisted Danish with financial transactions and visa-related activities.

3. Devinder Singh Dhillon – Kaithal, Haryana

  • A Sikh student who was purportedly enlisted while traveling to Pakistan on pilgrimage.
  • Accused of giving PIOs access to videos of the Patiala cantonment.

4. Arman – Nuh, Haryana

  • Involved in supplying Indian SIM cards and fund transfers.
  • Attended the Defence Expo 2025 at the direction of Pakistani operatives.

Mastermind Behind the Network: Ehsan-ur-Rahim alias Danish

  • Role: Staff member at Pakistan High Commission, New Delhi
  • Actions:
    • Recruited and used love and emotional trickery to exploit weak people.
    • Facilitated visa processing for travel to Pakistan.
    • Transferring money to agents and operators in India.
  • Status: On May 13, 2025, he was declared persona non grata and removed from India.
