Modi and Shah Have Been Stealing Votes for Years,

Addressing a large crowd, Rahul Gandhi said

Narendra Modi and Amit Shah have been stealing votes for many years. Earlier, we did not have proof, so we remained silent. But now, we have all the evidence backed by data. Modi, Shah, and the Election Commission together rigged elections in Haryana, Maharashtra, and even the Lok Sabha elections. Now, they have their eyes on Bihar but the people of Bihar, especially the Gen-Z youth, will not allow this election to be stolen

Attack on Modi Over “Ambani-Adani Nexus

Rahul Gandhi also targeted PM Modi for allegedly favoring industrialists Gautam Adani and Mukesh Ambani, claiming that Modi’s policies were designed to benefit them at the expense of common people.

Why does Modi steal votes? So that he can hand over the entire country’s wealth to Adani and Ambani. Modi gave them land at throwaway prices. He says data is cheap so that you can make reels — but does that bring you money? No. That money goes into Ambani’s pockets.

The Congress leader further alleged:

Your land has been handed over to Adani and Ambani.

Airports were shut down to destroy the livelihoods of local weavers.

Ports, airports, and solar projects have all been given to Adani

The core of Rahul Gandhi's allegations is that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, is systematically manipulating electoral processes to win elections.

"Vote Theft" Mechanism: The main allegation revolves around manipulation of voter lists and the Election Commission of India (ECI). Rahul Gandhi claims that this "vote theft" includes:

Fake and duplicate voters: Creating a large number of fake or duplicate entries in voter lists.

Wrongful deletions (purifications): Deliberately removing the names of voters perceived to be opposition supporters.

Specific examples cited:

He cited an analysis of the Haryana Assembly elections (called the "H-Files"), which alleged the theft of over 2.5 million votes through this manipulation. He also claimed that similar irregularities occurred in other states such as Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.

Attack on Institutions:

Gandhi further accused Modi and Shah of colluding with the Election Commission to secure their victory, attacking the very foundations of the Constitution and democracy. He argued that the "one person, one vote" system is being undermined.

Counter-allegation of "Jungle Raj":

The opposition often uses this "vote theft" allegation to counter the BJP's attacks on the RJD (a Grand Alliance partner) with the jibe of "jungle raj" (lawlessness) in Bihar.
