PUBG Mobile Esports has unveiled its 2026 competitive roadmap, highlighting major tournaments and international slot allocations. This includes the PUBG Mobile Global Open (PMGO) Seasons 1 & 2, PUBG Mobile World Cup (PMWC) 2026, and PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2026. Notably, India will have five international slots across these tournaments.
India’s Slots in PMWC 2026
India will have two direct slots in the PUBG Mobile World Cup 2026. Originally, only one slot was confirmed for the BMPS 2026 winner, similar to last year. However, PUBG Mobile Esports has now doubled India’s representation.

- Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Number of Teams from India: 2 (direct slots)
This ensures that two Indian teams will compete on the global stage in the World Cup.
India’s Slots in PMGC 2026
For the PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2026, India has the chance to secure three slots:
- 1 Direct Slot: Guaranteed entry for one Indian team
- 2 Slots via Qualifiers: Indian teams must compete against top teams from South Korea and Japan
These slots will be determined based on performance in regional tournaments and qualifiers.

India’s Previous Performance in BMPC & PMGC
In 2025, three Indian teams competed internationally:
- Team AryanxTeam: BMPS 2025 champion, participated in PMWC in Riyadh
- Orangutan and True Rippers: Competed in PMGC 2025
With the new roadmap, India now has the potential to secure five international slots in 2026, giving teams greater opportunities to shine on the world stage.
