What is PM Kisan Yojana?
To provide financial assistance to farmers, the Government of India and the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare launched the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Under this scheme, financial assistance of Rs 6,000 is provided to eligible farmers every year. This amount is given in three installments throughout the year, in which an installment of Rs 2,000 is transferred every four months.
Which farmers will not be able to get the money?
According to the government guidelines, the installment of those farmers who have not yet completed their e-KYC process may get stuck. Such farmers should complete e-KYC as soon as possible by visiting the nearest CSC center or through the portal itself. Also, if your bank account is not linked to Aadhaar, then the money may get stuck due to this too. Therefore, complete both these important tasks immediately so that the money can be received on time.
