Krrish 4 movie announced: Recently, Hrithik Roshan completed 25 years in the film industry and now he is ready to take up new responsibilities. Fans have been waiting for Hrithik's film 'Krrish 4' for a long time, which is now coming to an end. Yes, this film is going to hit the big screen soon and the bigger thing is that its lead actor i.e. Hrithik will also be the director of the film. With this Krrish 4, Hrithik is making his directorial debut. All the parts of the film that came before this were directed and produced by Hrithik's father Rakesh Roshan, but this time a lot is going to change.

Who will be the director of Krrish 4 movie: This time Hrithik Roshan will be the director instead of Rakesh Roshan and its producer will be Aditya Chopra along with Rakesh. That is, this film will be a co-production of Yash Raj Films. Earlier, Hrithik has worked with YRF in 'Dhoom'.

The 'Krrish' franchise started with the film 'Koi Mil Gaya' in 2003, and continued with 'Krrish' in 2006 and 'Krrish 3' in 2013. The fourth film was announced a few years ago, but there was no update on it. Now, when Hrithik has also taken up direction, it will be interesting to see how well he directs it.

Rakesh Roshan announced on Twitter

Rakesh Roshan said about this film, “I am handing over the direction of Krrish 4 to my son Hrithik Roshan, who has lived, felt and dreamed about this franchise with me from the very beginning.” He further said, “Hrithik has a clear and very ambitious vision to take the journey of Krrish forward with the audience for the next decades. I am very proud to see him wearing the director's hat for a film that means a lot to us as a family.”

Let us tell you that Hrithik had earlier hinted that he wants to direct, as he grew up watching his father assisting Karan in films like 'Arjun' and 'Koyla'. Rakesh concluded, “Hrithik and Adi coming together as a producer-director duo and me behind them is a rare and fantastic creative combination. I am sure they will turn Krrish 4 into a theatrical experience that has never been made before in India. The dream is to make India proud globally with a larger than life experience like Krrish 4.”

First film of Krrish franchise (Koi Mil Gaya)

The first film of Krrish franchise was 'Koi Mil Gaya'. This film was released in the year 2003. Hrithik Roshan and Preity Zinta played important roles in this film. Rekha was also in the film. In the film, Hrithik Roshan (Rohit Mehra) is a boy with low intelligence. One day he meets an alien. He gives him powers. This film was quite successful. The budget of the film was 35 crores. The film earned 85.3 crores at the box office.

Second film of Krrish franchise (Krrish)

This franchise made the second film 'Krrish'. This film was released in the year 2006. Apart from Hrithik Roshan and Rekha, Priyanka Chopra was also in the film. This film was linked to 'Koi Mil Gaya'. The story of the film was such that Hrithik Roshan (Rohit Mehra) has a son. The son has amazing powers. He uses his powers to save his father and girlfriend. This film was also very successful. The budget of the film was 40 crores but the film earned Rs 126 crore at the box office.

The third film of the Krrish franchise (Krrish 3)

The third film of the Krrish franchise was 'Krrish 3'. This film was released in the year 2013. Apart from Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra, this film also featured Vivek Oberoi. It is shown in the film that Vivek Oberoi (Kaal) wants to wreak havoc in the whole world through a virus but Krrish (Hrithik Roshan) and his father together foil it. This film was also very successful. The budget of the film was 95 crores but this film earned Rs 393 crore at the box office.
