Kannappaa star Vishnu Manchu has mourned the death of Kota Srinivas. He wrote in an emotional post, 'A legend beyond words. My heart is filled with grief at the passing away of Kota Srinivas garu. An amazing actor, an unmatched talent and someone whose presence shone in every frame. Be it a serious role, villainy or comedy... he brought life to every character with a mastery that very few are blessed with.'
Vishnu added, 'I had the privilege of working with him in several films and grew up watching him in many movies. His work has shaped my love for cinema. My deepest condolences to his family. We may have lost him physically, but his art, his laughter and his spirit will live on in every scene he played. Rest in peace, Sir. You will be missed. You will always be remembered.'
At the same time, actor Chiranjeevi tweeted that he was saddened by the news of Srinivas' demise. He further wrote, 'He and I started our cinematic careers at the same time with Pranam Khareedu. After this, he acted in hundreds of films, played countless roles, charmed the Telugu audience with his unique and special style and made a permanent place in their hearts.'
Chiranjeevi further added, 'The void created by the loss of an actor like Kota Srinivasa Rao will never be filled by the film industry and cinephiles. While praying for the peace of his soul, I offer my deepest condolences to his family members, well-wishers and fans.'
