The narrative of Bhairava, a bounty hunter whose main goal is to establish a life for himself in the Complex, is told in Kalki 2898 AD. The plot revolves around his encounters with SU-M80 (Deepika) and Ashwatthama (Amitabh). Kamal portrays Complex's dictator, Supreme Yaskin. Several celebrities, including Mrunal Thakur, Anna Ben, Vijay Devarakonda, Dulquer Salmaan, and Brahmanandam, make cameo appearances in the movie.
