Israel Iran War: Iran launched a major retaliatory attack on Israel with 370 missiles
Iran has launched a major counter-attack on Israel on Tuesday. The Iranian army carried out a major attack on other important locations including the headquarters of the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad. During this counter-attack by Iran, more than 370 missiles and hundreds of drones were fired on Israel. So far 24 people have been killed and more than 500 injured in Iran's attacks in Israel. Iran has taken this action after Israel killed its army chief Ali Shadmani. This is Iran's biggest attack on Israel so far.
The Israeli army said that on Tuesday again Tehran attacked northern Israel with missiles, due to which sounds of explosions were heard. Meanwhile, shops are closed in the Iranian capital and there are queues for gas. The main area of Tehran started getting empty from Tuesday morning and many shops remained closed. The ancient 'Grand Bazaar' of the city also remained closed. This had happened earlier only during anti-government protests or at the peak of the corona virus epidemic. Traffic jams were seen on the roads going west from Tehran. Many people were seen going towards the Caspian Sea region.
In view of Israel's retaliation, long queues were seen at petrol pumps in Tehran. Authorities have cancelled the leave of doctors and nurses amid the ongoing conflict. Iranian government officials are constantly stressing that everything is under control and they have not given any guidelines to the public regarding what they should do.
Meanwhile, the Israeli army has claimed to have killed Iran's top general Ali Shadmani in an attack on Tehran. But Iran has not immediately commented on the killing of the general. General Shadmani was recently appointed the head of the Khatam al-Anbiya central headquarters, a part of the paramilitary force Revolutionary Guard. Only after this, Iran intensified attacks on Israel.
Iran is also serious about Trump's warning
After retaliating against Israel, Iran is also serious about the comment of US President Donald Trump, in which he said after leaving the G7 summit, "Macron has mistakenly said that I have left the G7 summit in Canada early to work on a ceasefire between Israel and Iran." He said, "Wrong, he has no idea why I am going to Washington, but it definitely has nothing to do with the ceasefire. It is much bigger than that." Meanwhile, US Defense Minister Pete Hegseth reached the White House to meet the President and his national security team.
