Around 10,000 people of Indian origin live in Iran. Most of them live in places like Tehran, Mashhad and Bandar Abbas. People of Indian origin are also being taken to safer places from the capital Tehran in Iran. According to sources, many people have been brought from the capital Tehran to Qom because it is a safer area than Tehran.
How many Indian students are present in Iran?
There are about one to one and a half thousand Indian students in Iran. Many of these students are from Jammu and Kashmir. Out of these, 110 students have been evacuated and brought to Armenia. Now they can be brought back to India from here by plane. According to the information, out of the 110 students brought to Armenia, 90 students are from Jammu and Kashmir.
