Garena recently pushed out the Free Fire OB52 update on January 14, 2026, bringing fresh features, balance tweaks, and new content to both Free Fire and Free Fire MAX. Based on Garena’s regular update cycle, the Free Fire OB53 update is expected to launch globally in March 2026. Following the same timeline, the OB53 Advance Server is likely to go live around February 20, 2026.
The Advance Server allows players to test new content, events, and gameplay changes before they are officially released.
How to Register for the OB53 Advance Server
When registrations open, players must:
- Visit the official Free Fire Advance Server website
- Log in using a Facebook or Google account linked to their Free Fire ID
- Fill in the registration form and submit a valid email address
- Receive an activation code (if selected)
Only players with activation codes will be able to enter the OB53 Advance Server.

Free Fire x Gintama Collaboration (Leaked)
According to leaks from dataminers, the Free Fire OB53 update may feature a collaboration with the anime series Gintama. Although Garena has not confirmed this yet, several cosmetic items have been rumored.

- Sakata Bundle
- Gintama-themed Fist Skin
These items are expected to be released through limited-time events if the collaboration becomes official.
