FFMIC 2026, and the competition is shaping up to be one of the biggest Free Fire tournaments India has ever seen. With a massive ₹1 Crore prize pool and three direct qualification slots to the Esports World Cup 2026 in Riyadh, every match in the group stage carries huge importance.

Organised by Garena, the journey begins with Group Stage Week 1, where India’s top Free Fire MAX squads will battle it out for early momentum in the tournament.

FFMIC 2026 Group Stage Week 1 – Groups & Teams

A total of 48 teams have been divided into four competitive groups. The lineup brings together experienced FFMIC 2025 contenders, City Qualifier winners, and hungry newcomers from the Free Fire Cup (FFC) In-Game Qualifiers making every group unpredictable.

Each group features a strong mix of tactical teams and aggressive frag-heavy lineups, ensuring close contests throughout the week.

FFMIC 2026 Week 1 Schedule & Format

The Group Stage Week 1 matches will run for four days, setting the tone for the rest of the tournament.

  • Dates: 26 February - 1 March 2026
  • Stream Time: 5:30 PM IST
  • Format: One group plays per day, with 6 matches scheduled for that group

What to Expect from Week 1

Week 1 is all about momentum. Teams like Total Gaming are known for their smart rotations, while fan-favourites such as GodLike Esports and S8UL Elite bring raw aggression and clutch plays. With qualification points on the line from day one, no team can afford a slow start.
