Hyundai's flagship SUV, the Creta, sold 18,861 units in September 2025, an increase of 2,959 units compared to September 2024. After the GST reduction, the Creta is now available at a starting ex-showroom price of just ₹10,72,589, making it even more attractive to customers.

The Hyundai Creta features advanced features like a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support, a 10.25-inch digital driver's display, a Bose 8-speaker sound system, a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone automatic AC, wireless charging, and keyless entry. In terms of safety, the Creta comes with six airbags, a 360-degree camera, and Level 2 ADAS. Furthermore, this SUV is capable of delivering a fuel efficiency of up to 21 km/l.

What vehicles does the Hyundai Creta compete with?

The Hyundai Creta competes with several popular SUVs in the Indian market, including the Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Victoria, Toyota Hyrider, Honda Elevate, MG Astor, and upcoming new SUVs from Nissan. The GST cut has also directly impacted the Kia Seltos, with its price reduced by ₹39,624 to ₹75,371. In particular, the X-Line variant has become cheaper by approximately 3.67%, significantly benefiting customers.

September 2025 was a record-breaking month for Hyundai India. The Creta boosted the company, exports saw a significant increase, and the GST reduction made purchasing easier for customers. The upcoming festive season will see competition between SUVs like the Creta and Seltos become even more exciting.
