Due to rising tensions in the Middle East, the United States and Israel have carried out missile strikes on Iran. This has caused major disruption, including the closure of Dubai’s airspace. As a result, thousands of Indians, including several celebrities, are stranded in Dubai.
Here’s a list of Indian celebrities who are affected but safe:
1. Erica Fernandes

TV actress Erica Fernandes, known for Kasautii Zindagii Kay and Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi, moved to Dubai in 2023. She is currently stranded but safe. Erica told Hindustan Times:
“The sounds of interceptions are real, and they’re jarring. It’s scary to see this happening around you.”
2. Ajith Kumar

Tamil superstar Ajith Kumar was supposed to fly out of Dubai, but his flight got cancelled. His manager confirmed that he is safe now.
3. Subhashree Ganguly

Bengali actress Subhashree Ganguly and her son are stranded in Dubai. Her husband Raj Chakraborty confirmed that both are safe.
4. Sonal Chauhan

Actress Sonal Chauhan (Jannat) updated her fans about the situation and even sought help from Prime Minister Narendra Modi. She later said that she is safe and called Dubai “the safest place in the world.”
5. Esha Gupta

Telugu actor Vishnu Manchu was visiting family in Dubai. He shared videos of missiles in the night sky and said:
“No child anywhere should grow up hearing the sound of war above their roof.”
7. Rochelle Rao and Keith Sequeira
