Chandra Grahan 2026: Aaj afternoon mein Chandra Grahan ki shuruat hogi. Iske main timings niche diye gaye hain

  • Grahan ka Start (Aarambh): Dopahar 3:20 baje
  • Grahan ka Middle (Madhyakal): Shaam 5:04 baje
  • Grahan ki Samapti (Moksha): Shaam 6:47 baje

Religious beliefs ke mutabik, Chandra Grahan shuru hone se 9 ghante pehle Sutak Kaal lag jata hai.

  • Sutak ki Shuruat: Aaj subah lagbhag 6:20 baje se.
  • Sutak ki Samapti: Shaam 6:47 baje (Grahan khatam hone ke saath).

Sutak Kaal ko ek impure time maana jata hai, isliye is dauran mandiron ke dwar band rehte hain aur koi bhi auspicious (shubh) kaam nahi kiya jata.

  • Lunch: Grahan dopahar 3:20 par shuru hoga. Koshish karein ki isse pehle hi simple aur satvik lunch kar lein. Grahan ke dauran khane se bachna chahiye.
  • Exemption (Chhoot): Elderly people, bache, bimar log aur pregnant women ke liye in rules mein relaxations hain. Wo apni zarurat ke hisab se khana kha sakte hain.
  • Special Tip: Mana jata hai ki khane-peene ki cheezon mein Tulsi ka patta daal dene se un par Grahan ka negative effect nahi padta.

Aaj Grahan ke saath-saath Tuesday (Mangalwar) ka din bhi hai. Astrology ke hisab se Mangalwar ko baal dhona mana hota hai. Saath hi, Sutak kaal mein nail cutting, hair cut ya oil massage jaise kaam avoid karne ki advice di jati hai. Better hoga ki aap Grahan khatam hone ke baad (shaam 6:47 ke baad) hi snan (bath) karein, ise shuddhikaran maana jata hai.
