The latest episode of Bigg Boss 19's Weekend Ka Vaar was quite entertaining, and it became even more exciting when host Salman Khan pointed out contestant Neelam's mistakes. The superstar also questioned her gameplay and criticized her personality, saying that she wasn't doing anything on her own. Salman also said that Neelam was more focused on gossiping and spreading rumors than on establishing her own identity in the house.

Salman mocked Neelam's actions inside the house and questioned her. He jokingly said, "Is there a career waiting for you outside? Neelam's new career is breaking news." He further said, "She spent the entire season talking about one thing. She saw no friends, no enemies... She just set fire everywhere." His comments revealed that Neelam wasted most of her time giving information to the contestants, which negatively impacted their game, instead of allowing them to make strong individual moves.
Salman Khan lashed out at Neelam, saying -
To further expose Neelam's gossiping habit, Salman asked her to share today's breaking news. He said, "You spread news about even small things so quickly." He then explained that her game has always revolved around others. "Before, Tanya was your world. Now that Tanya 2.0 has come, you are poor and alone. You have nothing but to be NK. Meaning, Neelam Khabari... your game depends on others."
What did Salman say next?
"You've spent 11 weeks in this house without any personality. We never saw the qualities of a winner in you." He reprimanded her for playing a double game and reminded her of incidents that exposed her fickleness. Salman bluntly said, "Neelam... you're playing a double game. Some people even consider you a hypocrite." We initially thought you had potential, but in these 11 weeks we never saw you alone.
