Recently, a new promo of the show was released on JioCinema. In it, host Salman Khan shared an interesting twist—this time, the audience can choose one contestant who will enter the Bigg Boss house.
Who is Competing for One Spot?
Two contestants are fighting for a single place in the house: Shehbaz Badesha and Mridul Tiwari. Shehbaz is the brother of former Bigg Boss contestant Shehnaaz Gill. Mridul is a popular YouTuber with over 18 million subscribers on his comedy channel The Mriduls.
How Fans Can Vote
Salman Khan said in the promo:
"This time, you will choose one contestant to enter the Bigg Boss house. Vote on the JioCinema app until midnight on 21 August. The contestant with the most votes will be revealed during the grand premiere. I will welcome them in a special way, and their entry will change the game."
Possible Contestants
The full list of contestants is not confirmed yet. But according to fan pages, several TV stars and influencers have been approached, including Rati Pandey (Miley Jab Hum Tum), Hunar Hali, Apoorva Mukhija (The Rebel Kid), Mr Faisu, Dhanashree Verma, Sriram Chandra, Meera Deosthale, and Bhavika Sharma.
Some former actors from Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, like Shailesh Lodha, Gurcharan Singh, and Jennifer Mistry, may also join. Rapper Raftaar is another possible contestant.
With fans now having the power to choose a contestant and many big names expected, Bigg Boss 19 promises to be full of surprises. The grand premiere will reveal the audience’s chosen contestant in a very unique way.
