Ahmedabad Plane Crash Report Mein Kai Bade Khulase: Ahmedabad plane crash ki report mein kai shocking khulase hue hain. Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) ne apni preliminary report release kar di hai, jismein haadse ki vajah aur uske peeche ke pal-pal ki jaankari saamne aayi hai.

Report ke mutabik, take-off ke kuch seconds baad hi dono engines ke fuel control switches 'RUN' se 'CUTOFF' position mein chale gaye, jisse engines ki fuel supply cut ho gayi aur unhone thrust kho diya. Cockpit voice recording mein ek pilot doosre se poochhta sunaai de raha hai, "Aapne cut-off kyun kiya?" jiske jawab mein doosra pilot kehta hai, "Maine nahi kiya."

Yeh haadsa 12 June 2025 ko hua tha, jismein Air India ki Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner flight AI 171 London Gatwick ja rahi thi. Flight ne Ahmedabad airport se take-off kiya aur kuch hi seconds baad ek medical hostel complex mein crash ho gayi. Is haadse mein 260 logon ki jaan chali gayi, jinmein 241 plane mein the aur 19 zameen par. Sirf ek passenger hi bach paaya.

Report mein yeh bhi bataya gaya hai ki engines ki power loss ke baad Ram Air Turbine (RAT) automatically deploy ho gayi thi, jo emergency power provide karti hai. Iske alawa, pilots ne engines ko restart karne ki koshish bhi ki, jismein se ek engine partially recover ho gaya, lekin doosra engine impact se pehle recover nahi ho paaya.

Fuel Supply Cut Off: Take-off ke seconds baad dono engines ke fuel control switches 'RUN' se 'CUTOFF' ho gaye, jisse engines ko fuel milna band ho gaya.

Cockpit Confusion: Pilots ke beech is baat ko lekar confusion tha ki fuel supply cut-off kaise hui.

RAT Deployment: Emergency power ke liye Ram Air Turbine (RAT) apne aap deploy ho gayi, jo total power loss ka indication hai.

Restart Attempts: Pilots ne engines ko restart karne ki koshish ki, lekin poori tarah se recovery nahi ho paayi.

No External Factors: Report ke mutabik, mausam theek tha aur bird strike ka bhi koi issue nahi tha. Fuel bhi clean paya gaya hai.

Filhal investigation jaari hai aur AAIB is haadse ki asli vajah ka pata lagane ke liye aur sabhi proofs ki jaanch kar rahi hai.

Kya Hai Ram Air Turbine (RAT)?

  • Ram Air Turbine (RAT) ek chhota, propeller jaisa device hota hai. Yeh tab automatically deploy (bahar nikal jaata) hota hai jab aircraft ke dono engines band ho jaayen, power supply cut ho jaaye, ya phir hydraulic system fail ho jaaye.
  • Iska main kaam vimaan ko hawa mein banaaye rakhne mein madad karna hai.
  • RAT hawa ki speed ka istemal karke emergency power generate karta hai, jisse aircraft ke zaroori systems ko chalne ke liye bijli milti rahe.

Kya Hai Fuel Switch?

  • Fuel switch vimaan ke engine mein fuel ki supply ko control karta hai. Aam taur par, pilots hi is switch ko ON ya OFF karte hain.
  • Aviation experts ke anusaar, ek pilot galati se kabhi bhi is fuel switch ko band nahi karta. Yeh ek bahut hi critical switch hota hai.
  • Agar flight ke dauran yeh fuel switch band ho jaaye, toh engine ko fuel milna band ho jaata hai aur engines turant kaam karna band kar dete hain, jisse power loss ho jaati hai.
