In such a situation, you can also make jaggery a part of your daily diet in this season and along with increasing the taste of food, you can also keep digestion healthy.

Desi Ghee:

Although desi ghee is very beneficial for health in every season, but in winter it becomes even more important to include it in the daily diet. You can eat it by adding it to dal, rice, roti and vegetables or you can drink one spoon of desi ghee mixed with lukewarm water after waking up in the morning.
