Rahul Gandhi's 5 main allegations against the Election Commission
1. Names removed from voter list through fake applications
In this press conference, Rahul Gandhi introduced Suryakant, a voter from the Aland assembly constituency in Karnataka's Kalaburagi district. According to him, 12 people's names were deleted in his name in 14 minutes. However, Suryakant denied having anyone's name deleted in this manner. During the press conference, Suryakant stated that he had no knowledge of how this happened in his name. Similarly, Rahul cited a voter named Nagaraj, who filled out two voter deletion forms in 36 seconds. He said Nagaraj had woken up at 4 a.m. Similarly, Rahul also mentioned Godabai, whose appeal led to the deletion of 12 voter names. However, Godabai had no knowledge of this. Godabai presented her views through a pre-recorded video.
2. Booth Label Officer Revealed
Rahul Gandhi stated that this "vote theft" was detected by a booth level officer (BLO). A relative of that BLO had his vote deleted. When the BLO investigated, they discovered that their relative's vote had been deleted by his neighbor. When questioned, the neighbor stated that they had not deleted the vote. Growing suspicious, the BLO initiated the process and discovered that a third party had centrally deleted the votes in Aland.

3. Votes were counted online and automated.
He also revealed that the filing for voter deletion was done online through an automated process. The mobile numbers used for this were from outside Karnataka. Rahul stated that they had detected 6,000 cases of voter deletion in Aland, but the number could be even higher. He stated that this fraud was committed through software. Therefore, the voter who had their vote deleted appeared first on the voter list for that particular booth. According to him, 6,018 applications for deletion were submitted in the Aland Assembly constituency. He also noted that attempts were being made to win by deleting votes, while others by adding votes. Citing this example, Rahul said that 6,850 names were added using this method in the Rajoura assembly constituency of Chandrapur district in Maharashtra.
4. Allegations of targeting Congress voters

5. Serious allegations against the Chief Election Commissioner
The Leader of the Opposition claimed that Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar is protecting those who are murdering democracy and stealing votes. He said that Gyanesh Kumar should stop protecting such people and share complete information with the Karnataka CID within a week. He said that if the Election Commission does not provide information to the CID within a week, it will be assumed that Gyanesh Kumar is helping vote thieves. Rahul Gandhi said, "I love our democracy, country, and Constitution very much and will not say anything that is not based on facts."
