A unique rule for 15-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi

He will use a separate dressing room from the senior players during the England tour. Find out why this decision was made.

Why a separate dressing room?

According to ICC and England Cricket Board (ECB) safety regulations, a special changing area must be provided for players under the age of 16.

No restrictions on team activities

Even though the changing room is separate, Vaibhav will be able to visit the Indian dressing room during matches and participate in team meetings and discussions.

Parents to accompany him, BCCI to bear the cost

Given his young age, Vaibhav parents will accompany him throughout the tour. According to BCCI Secretary Devajit Saikia, the Board will cover all their accommodation and meal expenses.

Will Sachin record be broken?
