Former Zimbabwe captain Craig Ervine became the oldest batsman from a full-member nation to score a half-century in men`s One-Day Internationals.
He reached the milestone at 41 years and 32 days during the third ODI against Australia in Harare.
Ervine`s knock of 59 runs came in 79 deliveries. His knock was laced with five boundaries.
The Zimbabwean batsman surpassed Afghanistan all-rounder Mohammad Nabi, who scored his last ODI half-century at the age of 40 years and 286 days.
Additionally, it was Ervine`s second half-century since turning 40.
