Shafali’s century, along with Smriti Mandhana’s 37 and Harmanpreet Kaur’s 40, powered India to a huge 195/4 in 20 overs.
India’s bowlers maintained the pressure throughout the chase as Bangladesh collapsed to 81 all out in 15.4 overs.
India will face Sri Lanka in the Asian Games women’s cricket final on September 22, with the gold medal at stake.
