Only three seasons of the SA20 have been played so far, yet the league has surpassed the IPL. The WCA has given the SA20 a rating of 68.
Despite being the world richest league, the IPL ranks third. The WCA has assigned the IPL a rating of 62.6.
Australi Big Bash League is ranked fourth by the WCA. The WCA gives the BBL a rating of 62.2.
The Pakistan Super League also features on this list. The WCA has ranked the PSL in 5th place. The WCA has assigned a rating of 48 to the Pakistani league.
