Top prestigious institutes of India in the world ranking

THE World Reputation Rankings 2025
The list of World Reputation Ranking 2025 has been released by Times Higher Education (THE). In this list, Harvard University has remained at the first position for the 14th consecutive year.
Four Indian institutions have found a place in the World Reputation Rankings 2025 list, which also includes Shiksha ‘O’ Research.
Shiksha 'O' Research Institute has made it to this list for the first time, while IIT Bombay has been dropped from this ranking list.
The four Indian institutions which have got a place in the list of World Reputation Ranking 2025 are as follows-
Talking about Indian institutions, Indian Institute of Science (IISc) is at the top of this list, whose world ranking is between 201-300. Last year its rank was 101-125.
At number two is the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, whose world ranking is between 201-300. Last year its rank was between 151-175.
At number three is Indian Institute of Technology Madras, whose world ranking is between 201-300. Last year its position was between 176-200.
Shiksha 'O' Anusandhan has entered the fourth place. It was not included in the list last year.
