1. Islamabad United

The Pakistan Premier League began in 2016. Islamabad United won the first season of the PSL. Subsequently, Islamabad also won the title in 2018 and 2024. This team has won three PSL titles.

2. Lahore Qalandars

Lahore Qalandars team has also won the PSL title three times. The team won the trophy in 2022, 2023, and 2025.

3. Peshawar Zalmi

Peshawar Zalmi has won two titles in the history of the PSL. Zalmi won the title in 2017 and 2026.

4. Quetta Gladiators

Quetta Gladiators won the trophy for the first time in PSL 2019. To date, the team has won the title only once.
