The third and final match of the marathon series between the women's teams of India and Australia was held at the Arun Sao Stadium in Delhi.
In this match played on 20 September (Saturday), Smriti Mandhana performed brilliantly for the Indian team.
Saleem batsman Smriti Mandhana scored 125 runs in 63 balls with the help of 17 fours and 5 sixes.
Smriti reached her century off 50 balls, the fastest century by an Indian batter in women's ODIs.
Smriti improved her own record, having reached a century off 70 balls against Australia in the previous match.
If we look at it, Smriti Mandhana is the fastest batsman from India to score a century in ODI cricket (men/women).
Smriti broke Virat Kohli's record, who had scored a century off 52 balls against Australia in Jaipur in 2013.
Smriti Mandhana has become the second fastest woman to score a century in ODIs.
