How to make: Start by finely chopping the onion, mushrooms, celery, and carrots.
Next, sauté the garlic and ginger in a little olive oil until fragrant and lightly golden.
Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and cook until they turn tender and develop a rich, umami-packed flavor.
Pour in the vegetable broth and let it simmer gently so the flavors come together. Meanwhile, choose your favorite noodles, whether rice noodles, ramen, or pasta.
