Celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar shared a simple 4-step skincare routine that is inexpensive and easy to follow.
In the video shared on Instagram, Diwekar highlighted 4 steps, the first one – Hydration.
Drink water throughout the day as it helps release all toxins from the body.
She said that you don’t need to work out too much, or even too little.
Rujuta said she likes to finish her workout before 9 am every morning. Exercise reduces stress, a major trigger for acne.
She prefers sleeping early – between 9 to 10 PM – unless there is an emergency.
Sleep is a very integral part of our cycle; every study indicates that the human body needs at least 7 hours of sleep.
Rutuja said that she avoids watching any skincare videos as they are often misleading.
She asked not to fall for anything that says anti-ageing or look 20 years younger than your age.
