My mother used to beat me up after quarreling with my father many times. My father used to hit me many times. He never tried to understand how it would affect me.
There were compatibility issues between my parents. They have been living separately for the last 13 years.
Malti also said that being the eldest daughter of the house, she had to see the tension between her parents.
