Team India is set to lock horns with the West Indies in the three-match ODI series.
The first ODI match between the teams is scheduled to be played on September 27 at the Greenfield International Stadium in Thiruvananthapuram.
Indian skipper Shubman Gill on Friday suffered an injury scare when pacer Mohammad Siraj`s rising delivery pinged on his elbow during nets.
Gill, who appeared to be in considerable pain, needed an extended period of nearly 20 minutes of medical attention.
The right-handed batsman eventually returned to the nets to face throw-downs before Team India wrapped up the session.
