ICC announces major changes to ODI and T20 World Cup structures.
The men's ODI World Cup will now feature 14 teams instead of 10.
Bottom three teams battle for one spot before the main group phase.
Twelve qualified teams will compete in two round-robin groups.
Seven teams will advance to a new Super 7 round-robin stage.
Top four teams in Super 7 will secure semi-final berths.
Changes aim to reduce dead rubbers and boost match importance.
ICC has also redesigned the format for the T20 World Cup.
Twenty teams will be divided into five groups of four teams.
Top two teams from each group will advance to the Super 10.
Second and third-placed teams will battle in knockout eliminators.
Super 10 group winners qualify directly for the last four.
