Hard Rock International is ending its franchise agreement with JSM Corp Pvt Ltd.
The end of the agreement brings curtains on these music-themed restaurants in India.
The Florida-based company announced its separation from JSM on March 23.
JSM Corp no longer holds the right to operate Hard Rock Cafes and Rock Shops in India.
Hard Rock Int’l has not explained anything about terminating the agreement.
The company has also not given any indication of reopening these popular cafes with a new partner.
The development means the end of the road for outlets across 10 Indian cities.
In Bengaluru alone, there were three Hard Rock cafes as popular hotspots.
The move from Hard Rock International comes despite these music cafes receiving a wonderful response.
These restaurants were increasingly becoming a hub for music and nightlife.
