Born on November 3, 1990, in Wahroonga, Australia, Ellyse Perry celebrates her 36th birthday as one of women's cricket's greatest icons.
Perry made her international cricket debut in 2007, becoming the youngest Australian ever to represent her country in international cricket.
She represented Australia in both cricket and football, becoming the first person to appear for Australia in both ICC and FIFA World Cups.
Perry has scored 213 not out in Test cricket, Australia's highest individual women's Test score, and achieved the remarkable 7,000-run and 300-wicket international milestones.
A multiple-time World Cup champion, Perry was named ICC Female Cricketer of the Decade in 2020, cementing her place among cricket's all-time greats.
