'Ghee is my superfood. I truly believe in portion control, and I really do it. I rarely eat on a plate; instead, I always prefer a bowl. Mostly, I eat at home and eat simple, home-cooked food.
Apart from diet, Malaika emphasised on how sleep is often the most underrated aspect of our lives. She emphasised that quality rest is just as important as diet and exercise.
Staying active is also a must for her. She further added, Whatever happens, keep your body active. Yoga has helped me a lot. If you are not feeling well, listen to your body.
