Manchester City hosted Arsenal in a potential title decider, knowing that a win would give them the upper hand in the title race.
Ryan Cherki opened the scoring for the Citizens to give them an important lead in the 16th minute before Kai Havertz equalised in the 18th min.
With the game heading towards a draw, Erling Haaland stepped up and scored the winner in the 65th minute to give City all three points.
Kai Havertz missed a golden chance to equalise in additional time, but could not convert his header as Arsenal suffered second consecutive loss in the league.
City are 3 points behind Arsenal with a game in hand away to Burnley on Wednesday. The PL title could be decided on goal difference if both teams end level.
