2 eggs, 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp coriander leaves,4-6 curry leaves, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp tomatoes, 1 green chilli, salt to taste, and 1 tbsp coc

Wash and chop onions, tomatoes, and green chillies.istock

Mix them in a bowl and in the same bowl, break the eggs.istock
