Speaking in public can feel scary, but with small steps and practice, anyone can improve.
Start with small steps and practise at the place where you will speak. This helps calm your nerves by making things feel familiar.
Stand up straight, relax your shoulders, smile, and breathe deeply. Your body can help your mind feel calm and confident.
Arrive early and chat with a few people before you speak. This makes the room feel friendly and helps reduce stress.
Sharing your points and saying them out loud makes you more confident.
Don’t worry about fear- it’s normal. Instead, think about how good it will feel to do well and share your message.
Picture yourself speaking with confidence. Then try to copy that version of yourself when you’re on stage.
Public speaking is a skill anyone can learn. Take it step by step - confidence comes with time and effort.
