To perform Balasana (Child's Pose), kneel on the floor and rest your hips on your heels. Bend forward, resting your forehead on the ground, and extend your arms either forward or alongside your body.
To increase your body's flexibility, you can practice Bhujangasana, also known as the Cobra Pose. This pose is also effective in treating back problems and spinal issues.
