Pakistan won the toss and decided to bat first and its first innings was all out for 313 runs in 77.1 overs.

Australia has scored 6 runs without any loss in 1 over till stumps on the first day.

The Australian team is currently 307 runs behind Pakistan's score with all its wickets remaining. David Warner, who came to bat in his last test, is unbeaten after scoring 6 runs.

Captain Sham Masood (35) and Mohammad Rizwan (88) took Pakistan with the score of 47/4. Both made a partnership of 49 runs for the fifth wicket.
