Reddit linked the spot to Karina Kubiliute, a teen reportedly from Greece.
The internet speculates that Kartik’s trip is not solo and is linked romantically with Karina.
Earlier, Kartik was speculated to be dating Sara Ali Khan after their frequent appearances together.
Neither Kartik nor Sara confirmed the relationship.
He was also briefly linked to be dating Janhvi Kapoor, but it never went beyond rumours.
