Deploy this to warm up your wrists before more intense exercises.
Sit with your elbow bent, arm making a right angle and now slowly open your hand.
Make sure your forearm is resting on the table, and now hold a small dumbbell.
With the palm facing down, slowly lift your hand, moving the back of it towards the ceiling.
Keep the forearm on the table with the dumbbell held within the fingers.
Then flex your wrist up and hold the same position for two to three seconds.
Start by bending your elbows and pressing your palms together.
Keep the fingers attached and lower them until you feel the stretch. Hold for 15-20 seconds.
Sit with your forearm supported on a table and your hand over the edge.
Hold the dumbbell and now slowly rotate your wrist and palm down towards the floor.
