First time in a year, three Indian batsmen scored double centuries.

Saurashtra opener Samarth Vyas played an explosive inning of 200 runs against Manipur on 13 November 2022 in a match of Vijay Hazare Trophy. He faced 131 balls. Had hit 20 fours and 9 sixes. Due to this the team got a big win by 282 runs.

Talking about List-A cricket from India, a total of 11 batsmen have reached double centuries. Indian captain Rohit Sharma is at number-1 of 3 double centuries. He has scored all the centuries in ODI cricket. Has played his biggest innings of 264 runs against Sri Lanka. Apart from this, he scored 209 against Australia and 208 not out against Sri Lanka.

Talking about other Indians, Shikhar Dhawan scored 248 against South Africa A, Prithvi Shaw scored 227 not out against Puducherry, Virender Sehwag scored 219 against West Indies in ODIs, Sanju Samson scored 212 not out against Goa, Yashasvi Jaiswal against Jharkhand. 203, Karn Kaushal scored 202 against Sikkim and Sachin Tendulkar scored 200 not out in ODIs against South Africa.
