IND vs PAK: 3 Reasons Why Pakistan Can Beat India In The Asia Cup
Asia Cup 2022 is set to commence on August 27 and many cricket fans are excited for the clash of Asian champions. India vs Pakistan match is one of the most sought-after clashes in the tournament. The India vs Pakistan match will take place on August 28 (Sunday). India has a better chance of winning in the T20 format. Also, the absence of Shaheen Afridi will be a huge blow to Pakistan. The form of Indian middle-order batsmen can serve as a major factor in Indias victory. Despite not being the favourites, Pakistan Cricket Team has evolved as dominant in the T20 format.
ASIA CUP starts on August 27 and the much-awaited India-Pakistan match will be played in Dubai on August 28. The arch-rivals are placed in group A. India are the defending champions of the tournament. India won the previous edition of the Asia Cup in 2018 by defeating Bangladesh in the final. There is a high probability of India and Pakistan meeting more than once in the tournament.

India and Pakistan last played in the ICC T20 World Cup 2021. Pakistan defeated India in that game by 10 wickets. That was Pakistan’s second win over India in overall ICC events. Both teams will have their plans in place for the big game.
Pakistan face India for their Asia Cup opener on Sunday, at the Dubai International Stadium in Dubai. Asif also spoke about the importance of playing tape-ball cricket, as it helped him with power-hitting. He said, "Tape-ball cricket helps me a lot in power-hitting. In tape-ball cricket, you have to play with a straight bat and still head which increases your concentration.
Pakistan will be without star pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi for the tournament. The pacer is out due to an injury. He has been replaced by Mohammad Hasnain.

Both the teams have announced their squads for the tournament. Rohit Sharma is set to lead India in the tournament. Babar Azam will lead Pakistan. While India will be short of their crucial pacer Jasprit Bumrah, Pakistan will also miss pacer Shaheen Afridi in the tournament.
