The third match of the five-Test series between India and England will be played in Rajkot from Thursday (February 15). Team India is eyeing a 2-1 lead in the series.
The Indian team, which is struggling with the unavailability of key cricketers, can go with Mumbai's Sarfaraz. In the practice session, Sarfaraz not only tried his hands at fielding and wicket-keeping but also batted in the nets for long periods.
Agra's Jurel's claim to be in the team is strong because he is more skilled in batting than KS Bharat. In such a situation, he can make his debut in Visakhapatnam in the middle order in Rajkot.
Team India will need Rajat Patidar, Sarfaraz and Dhruv Jurel. All three have only one Test experience.
