Rehan Ahmed was stopped at Rajkot airport due to visa issue while returning from Abu Dhabi.
The spinner had a single entry visa to enter India so he was not allowed to enter India for the second time.
A short-term solution was found for Rehan and he was given a two-day visa.
After Jack Leach was ruled out of the rest of the series, Rehan Ahmed is an important link in the spin department of the English team.
Shoaib was granted a visa, but he could not play in the first test match. Like Bashir, Rehan is also of Pakistani origin.
